Welcomed with a Codigo Rosa Tequila Cocktail, this seminar will dive into the art of tequila blending and barrel strength tequilas. Learn about our Private Barrel , hand blended by our Owner Mike Moreno to create a unique and one of a kind Reposado/Anejo Tequila. As you enjoy we will be bringing out our Restaurant week 4 course or five course meal! Finish it off with an excellent Cocoa Flan paired with Codigos new barrel strength Tequila! Four Course or Five Course Dinner Menu BOTANAS GAMBAS AL AJILLO / Sauted shrimp in garlic and white wine, served alongside our house made epazote butter grilled crostini, and cilantro arroz blanco. *GF TLAYUDA / Black and Mayo Coba bean spread, queso cremoso, pickled red onions, arugula, chapulines crumble, and a tomato pasilla sauce on top. *GF, v QUESADILLA DE CAMOTE / Stuffed tortilla with sweet potato, caramelized onions, and queso Oaxaca topped with a pumpkin seed salsa and crema. *GF, v MOLOTE OAXAQUENO/ Masa Stuffed with seasonal Mexican greens mushrooms, and rice *Vegan PLATILLOS MOLE ROSA / Filleted chicken thigh topped with sesame seeds and pine nuts, served alongside chili tortillas, paired with a red and white grain lime rice. *GF PINCHES TACOS / Chorizo styled picadillo tacos smothered in 5 sentidos mescal California chili sauce, topped with a house made slaw and a side of Escabeche. *GF GREEN CHORIZO TORTA / Filled with caramelized panela cheese, sautéed three onion mix, and a habanero salsa with a side of Escabeche. VEGAN TACOS / Calabacitas a la Mexicana topped with potato crisp, and a habanero crema. *Vegan, GF POSTRE PAN DE MAIZ EN DULCADO / A sweet corn bread dusted with cinnamon sugar, caramelized sweet corn, and a whipped cream topping.
