Thanks for being here. I could really use your help. Tell me a sentence about you and your experience! I'm getting my house ready for sale and could use some small things fixed. 1. Paint At the Corner of the landing of my steps. 2. Loose flooring panel that needs nailed down. 3. Four inch hole in my ceiling dry wall (popcorn ceiling). 4. Dry wall holes from a wall mirror tha was hung up. 5. Closet door track (that helps it slide open) - there is the stud missing for the track.
