~~ Serious inquiries only please! ~~ I have a young hand raised/ hand fed pearl mutation cockatiel to re home for a fee. ** The first few single bird pictures up above are of the young cockatiel that’s being re homed. The pictures with two cockatiels show the young one with his dad and my son having fun with the two birds. All my birds love spending time out of the cage for most of the day and have their play time. Sunny is roughly 4 months old. I have not DNA tested him. My educated guess is he’s a male. I have had cockatiels most of my life and helped care for/ raise quite a few cockatiels and other parrots most of my life (I’m in my 30s). Though I think my educated guess is a really good one, there is no guarantee that he is indeed a male. Sunny is a sweet and tame bird- he will sit on my shoulders and he loves to cuddle with me. He may need some time to get use to a stranger, like most pet parrots/ birds do. Sunny has been loved and very well cared for and is looking for a forever home. He was raised around children (from 7 to 15 years old) and he likes my husband as well. He knows “step up” “step down”. Was fed good healthy formula as a chick and now eats a healthy diet. Sunny does love a cracker every once in awhile though (we all have our vices lol). I prefer he goes to an experienced bird owner, but not necessary. ~ There will be a re homing fee. ~ No cage, cage items, or food will come with him. ~ Please make sure to have all supplies needed before taking him home.
