I was recently a patient in the Southside hospital following the surgery. The night before the surgery a very kind a helped me to prepare for the surgery by cleansing or shaving the incision side and explaining to me the process. You made me feel much more comfortable about the surgery knowing what to expect. Several days after the surgery you return to work on your graveyard shift and came in to check on me. It was really great to see a smiling face that seem to care about me and my condition. You asked if I had them getting a bath since I wasn't able to take a shower and I said that they had not offered and I did not know how to ask. You said I didn't even need to ask that you would be right back with some supplies to help me. You are very gentle with my condition and made me feel so much better because I was cleaning all over.
