NOTE: This is not an event, but one man who wants to share what he has learned... Over the past 15 years, I have taught a few dozen people the how and why of meditation. Meditation is a simple way of finding balance with you mind and body, as well as helping resolve the more mundane issues we encounter in our weekly and daily life's. It can also be beneficial in working out, and sleep issues. What I am offering, for those who might be interested, is some little explanation on how to meditate, and sharing the many approaches one can take to achieving a greater balance between you mind/body. Maybe a little instruction over the phone, and if needed, discussing it in person. Even some one on one lessons. I am not charging for any of this, I just wish to share what I have learned to those who might be interested.
