Hello, I have been working as a Deck power-washer, stainer, resurface, and indoor/outdoor painter for 6 going on 7 years now. I have just recently the past 2 summers gone out on my own and bid and completed my own jobs. I am looking to gain a foothold in the Independence area again after suffering several setbacks and the impending birth of a new child. I have referrals, business liability insurance coverage, and tons of pictures of before and afters of my previous work. Being that I am wanting to start growing a business here and start getting more referral and word of mouth work I am offering heavy discounts. I never accept money up front, only once job is completed. I always have the homeowner purchase the stain that they will need and I will provide the power washer which is necessary to strip away the old and weathered stain off of the deck to give us a fresh canvas to work with. I guarantee I will beat any bid you will ever get from anyone else as well. Please consider sending me an email so we can meet in person and discuss more. I do have a work contract that must be signed before I begin work just like any other company would. Also if you can show me a previous bid from a different company I will match it by 25% cheaper.
