Event Description: It's Taco Tuesday at SVCI! Join guest Chef Michael Lackey for a delicious evening of tacos. During this hands-on class participants will learn how to make homemade tortillas, salsa, delicious carnitas, and side dishes. Taco Tuesday at Sun Valley Culinary Institute shouldn't be missed.
