Drummer with space seeking melodic rock/prog rock

Looking for people who can actually commit and be dependable! To be a musician you have to actually put in the time! Guitarists: If you're a talented looking to find a new starting point, and you can play electric and acoustic, sweet! I LOVE great rock music with an acoustic guitar too!! Or i'm looking for fellow musicians to start up a new project! (90's Melodic rock, Melodic goth rock is an option IF the right style and sound) Just no simple bar rock! I need music that is rock oriented but is heavy on melodies (like 90's alt rock), and also a touch of prog rock.. nothing on the extreme like Rush or Dream Theater, but I love dynamics, and creatives spots where I can be creative with fills, etc! NO bar rock! Stuff like 4mins of the same damn beat, etc! I want creative shit! Fun stuff that makes people think! I have a practice spot ready, and it's all setup to record, etc!! Personal headphone mixes too! You'll need to help pay SOME of the rent, but we can discuss how much later... Practice will have to be weekends only (Sat or Sun), unless it's a show and I get the time off from work! Yes.. I have a career! I work swing shift, with weekends off! (i won't respond to messages until after 1pm, sleeping...) Me: Male, 41.. big geek, goofy, laid back, with a dirty/dark sense of humor(can't offend me!), BUT focused and professional when it comes to music! And I HATE politics! I've got 21 years experience on drums (live shows/pro studios), and about 26 years in studio recordings, etc.. Bet i'm more dependable then 90% of the people that'll answer... Dependable and able to commit are always my first priorities!
