We invite you to come and learn about gin, the history , the distillation process, the flavors and bring home 2 bottles of your own gin! Come listen and interact with Proof Artisan Distillers owners and distillers, Jay & Joel Kath, as they delve into the world of Gin. During this 4 hour workshop you will learn the history of gin, the flavors used in making this unique spirit, the distillation and bottling processes. By the end of the day you will have an understanding of gin. A light lunch will be provided for you so please let us know ahead of any allergies you may have. At the end of the day, besides being a gin expert you will be bringing home 2 bottles of custom made (by you) gin. You pick the ingredients and flavors with the assistance of Jay and Joel.
