Join us for a socially distanced Easter celebration`! SignatureCare ER is hosting a socially distanced, drive-thru event for the children in the Killeen community. We will have an Easter bunny ready to take photos in a beautifully decorated section of our ambulance bay. Everyone who attends will receive an Easter gift. This is a socially distanced event, as we will have families wait for their turns with the Easter bunny in their vehicles.
