We have a renovation project that needs a permit pulled for a master bathroom renovation. Previous plumber flaked out, when he couldn't get his permit.
The work is now done and is air tested and the supply lines are pressurized. We just need someone to inspect the work and get a Shaker Heights plumbing permit. Then collect your fee!
Fee for your service is negotiable. We are also looking for a new GO TO plumber who is licensed/registered for our other renovation projects.
