Need a long line of evergreen hedge put in

The land behind my property has recently begun to be prepared for housing by a development company. I have a few deciduous trees at the property line but I’d like a large, fast growing hedge (or evergreen wall) to be put in. Arborvitae or Skip Laurel or something like that, which grows fast and dense and will give me privacy from the new houses going in. I also would like them to grow tall, to at least 15-20 feet high in a few years, if possible. The length of the area in question is about 200 feet. We are looking to start soon.
