SBM is looking for an experienced Maintenance Tech to join our team in Tucson, AZ. A qualified maintenance tech would be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment in one or more fields (carpentry, paint, electrical, janitorial equipment, HVAC, vehicle/golf cart etc.). To perform this job successfully, an individual should have the following skills/abilities: • Performs routine and predictive maintenance. • Performs general cleaning and maintains clean work area. • Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment, electrical & mechanical issues and then repair. • Comfortable communicating complex issues with superior, co-workers and customers in a professional manner. • Proven ability to work safely in industrial environments. • Familiar with and utilize proper Lock Out/ Tag Out safety procedures. • Perform preventative equipment maintenance and repairs on all floor equipment, scrubbers, chariot vacuums, extractors, etc... • Ability to use hand and power tools, use of scissor lifts, ladders and scaffolding.
