I Need A 1,000sqft Drying Shed/Pole Barn

I need a 24x40 drying shed or pole barn for drying hemp in built on my property. I'm open to suggestions on a structure but it needs to have a man door, a cargo door and a couple of windows. It will need to be permitted so you'll need to make sure it meets snow code and all of that. Site is easily accessed from I-5 and has electricity and water. Total budget with parts and labor = $12,000 I'll pay for all the materials and half of the labor in advance once we agree on a materials budget and timeline. My father is retired but was a contractor so you can work with him on the permit and materials list, he's pretty resourceful with all of this just too old to swing a hammer any more.
