Gayle Gardens is a landscaping & gardening company on Martha's Vineyard. We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable and motivated people to join the crew for the 2021 season and beyond. We are hiring for several positions including gardening and crew managers. We are a woman-owned company, focused on regenerative design and maintenance. Must love nature, have a valid driver’s license, a sense of humor, and be comfortable working long hours in varied weather in peak season. Year-round positions, full-time 40 hours in season starting mid-May, great pay, and on-the-job learning opportunities. Some experience required, the more the better. Opportunities for advancement for the right candidates.
Must have an understanding of manual labor, rigorous at times. This is a fun team with a lot of growth potential, but we work hard and expect you to contribute to a positive work ethic and upbeat vibe. Be prepared to work through summer heat and winter winds. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves outdoor work.
