O2 Employment Services is currently recruiting for a local manufacturer that is looking to fill long-term positions. These are temp to hire positions with fantastic room for growth. No experience is required. Positions are rotating day/overnight 12-hour shifts (shifts are 7:00 am - 7:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 7:00, and rotate back and forth between days and nights with two days off in between switches). Days working will vary and generally follow the following schedule: 4 day shifts, 2 days off, 3 night shifts, 2 days off, 3 day shifts, 2 days off, 4 night shifts, 8 days off, then the rotation starts again COMPENSATION: - $15.00/hr with a raise to $16/hr following the safety training checklist (generally takes 6-8 weeks to complete), significant room for growth upon hire to client's payroll - Eligible for medical, dental, retirement, vacation, holiday pay, paid sick leave upon hire to client’s payroll. IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING: * MUST have great work ethic, attendance record, and “can-do” attitude * MUST have reliable transportation * MUST be able to pass a drug screen that tests for the last 6-8 months * MUST be able to pass company specific back ground check * MUST have ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly for 12 hour shifts as well as bend and stoop * MUST be able to work at a fast and efficient pace while being safety conscious * MUST have the ability to make good choices under pressure PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE AT #530-223-4674 TO SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW.
