Living Springs Resort is currently hiring a maintenance person. It would be great if you live nearby and can travel to work, but if you have your own RV trailer and would like to live on-site, that is also acceptable. Living Springs Resort is a small campground with 15 RV sites, 15 lodging rentals on 18 wooded acres with a small lake and a year round creek. Located in Shingletown, CA about 15 minutes from the Lassen NP entrance. We are currently hiring a handy person: general campground maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, painting, help with building deck platforms/gazebos and cabin/RV update, landscaping, raking, cleaning RV and camp sites. Escorting guests to their sites, help them back-in (navigate) if needed. You are handy with basic electrical & plumbing skills, carpentry, painting. Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more. If you have experience in any of the following it would be a great plus: painting, carpentry, installing tiles and bathroom remodeling, RV remodeling, cement work. Must be able to pass a drug screen. Be able to work independently and in a team environment. Must have ability to use hand and basic power tools. Professional appearance and demeanor. Must have a valid driver license. Great customer service skills.
