Seeking a person(male, female, they), couple or company to manage a large Estate type property that has very successful short term rentals. Tasks vary from general housekeeping and laundry to weeding, airblowing and maintenance of a hot tub, you might be asked to meet a plumber or electrician at the property, etc.. This job includes possible heavy lifting(laundry and trashcans) and climbing a ladder to a loft. Being available any day of the week is very important. Dependability is everything, not showing up isn't an option. The hardest part of the job for people seems to be getting here. The property is up a steep 1.5 miles gravel road that a prius drives up and down everyday. Job pays 100% of the cleaning fees paid on the day its done, plus $500 at the end of a months work. Cleaning fees are substantial. Average turnover takes from 45 minutes to 4 hours. No more than 5 hours work in any day. 11am-4pm.. Their is a possibility of a worktrade of a space for a camper or rv if that's what you're living in. But it cant be an eye sore and would need to be energy self sufficient.
