Applicants must have general knowledge in a variety of skilled trades including elements of construction/installation, uses, repair and maintenance, including: HVAC or EPA Certification ( A Bonus) Drywall Punch skills Basic Plumbing Carpentry Basic Electrical Appliance Repair Knowledge Apartment Service Request Experience a Plus Must have own tools and transportation. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include rotation of emergency call. Veterans welcome to apply! Pay is D.O.E We offer paid vacation, Holidays and sick leave upon completion of a year.
