Bridgette is a petite, 30 pound Heeler/pit mix in search of her forever home. Bridgette is deaf but it doesn’t stop her from living her best life. She is very aware of her surroundings and it’s not hard to get her attention. She is working on learning hand signals and responds well when asked to sit and come. Bridgette does enjoy the company of other dogs around her size and slightly larger but has some jealousy issues when it comes to sharing her space and her humans. Her perfect forever home would be one where she can be queen bee or have an experienced owner who is willing to work on her jealousy issues when it comes to sharing her space and people with other dogs. She respects the cats in her foster home but does occasionally chase them and has to be called off. Bridgette has good leash manners, is potty trained and also does well in her kennel (it takes her a few minutes of crying and then she settles down).
