Grading job

Description

We are a general contracting company out of Gastonia, doing a remodel in Cherryville. We are looking for someone to do a small grading job along a retaining wall. We will need a couple yards of stone spread, drain tile installed, covered, and graded away from the wall aprox 8-10', straw and seed put down. We will provide all the material and can meet you at the job site to show you what exactly needs done. The wall is about 20-25' long so probably a couple hrs of work. You'll need a skid loader as dirt will need scraped and moved a few feet up against the wall. I do require insurance and do need a copy before any work to begin. Workmans comp is a bonus and would be required for bigger future projects. Pay is $600. Please email me if interested with all your information and availability.
