I'm a Concord based contractor that performs rental home rehabs and turns in the Charlotte and surrounding areas. Currently in search of reliable people to assist in day to day work consisting of painting, drywall repairs, General punch work, light carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing, pressure washing, landscaping, etc. If you're able to do it all, great, if you're able to do some of it, let me know what those areas are. If, for example, you can do landscaping and pressure washing and willing to learn other aspects of the job, let's talk. What I'm looking for are mature and responsible individuals that don't need constant monitoring and are detail oriented enough to get things done efficiently. I'm easy to get along with, so I ask the same of you. If you need to spend the entire day on your phone checking texts and watching dog, cat, or truck videos, please do so from the comfort of your home. This is hourly rate 1099 work, so please respond with your experience, required rate, and what tools you have.
