Flavors of Thailand: Pad Thai and Crispy Spring Rolls Escape to the streets of Thailand as we create one of the most famous Thai classics: Pad Thai and Crispy Spring Rolls. No plane ticket required or need to resort to yet another boring takeout --- you will be warmly welcomed into Chef Paul's home to learn the tips and tricks of putting together the ultimate Thai Feast and invited to enjoy the fruits of your labor by dining al fresco in his beautiful backyard space. If you prefer, there will also be an option to pack up your finished dish to go and say toodles to our small intimate group so that you can enjoy the food in the comfort of your own home. This evening, you will be guided step-by-step on how to create Pad Thai, from properly soaking the noodles, concocting the secret sauce that brings out the authentic flavor, to pan-frying the noodles like a boss! It won't be a complete Thai meal without those decadent, hot and crispy spring rolls straight out of the pan, now would it? Roll up your sleeves and get ready to get your (gloved) fingers dirty, because laying out the scrumptious filling onto the egg-y wrappers, folding, and rolling these delicious appetizer is one of the most fun parts of our evening! No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients. Chef will also be able to provide recommended sources to get the ingredients so that you can always recreate the meal on your own afterward, using the skills that you've acquired during the class. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, nothing too intense or stuffy. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.
