Experienced Painter's helper needed

Looking for experienced painter's helper. (FULL TIME) You will be helping me paint homes and buildings. interior and exterior. All work is in Kissimmee and poinciana. requirements: 1. must have own vehicle to travel to job sites. 2. must speak fluent english 3. must not be afraid of heights. (if you are afraid of heights, this is not the job for you!) 4. must be strong and able to lift heavy buckets of paint. 5. must be able to work outside in the heat. 6. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FAST! (if you work slow, I have no use for you) 7. You must be on time every day. being late will result in your termination Duties include: 1. painting 2. Pressure washing 3. taping windows, doorknobs, glass, etc. 4. washing paint sheilds, brushes, buckets and other equipment Pay is $80 per day. monday - friday 9:00am - 4:30pm You will be hired as a subcontractor, meaning you will be paid the full $80 a day at the end of the week and you will have to take care of your own taxes at the end of the year. pay is every friday via check.
