DIBS is a family owned business where our employees are not just another number. New hires are placed on a 60-day probation, then another review at 6 months and 1 year. We are VERY selective in our application process. We currently have a Full Time position available at our Gulfport location. Full Time schedule would be Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Position Requirements *Honesty *Common sense *Reliable transportation and good driving record *Cash handling experience *Ability to follow and execute simple routine instructions *Ability to communicate with various types of customers *Ability to multi-task *Ability to work on your feet all day stocking shelves and lift 50lbs on a regular basis *Ability to work unsupervised while completing daily tasks and requirements *Ability and desire to communicate daily any issues, concerns with Manager or Owner *Ability to truly be a team player who contributes daily to the business with their hard work, ideas and loyalty This is NOT an easy job and is unlike most others. It is hard work that requires common sense, application of sales training, product knowledge and the ability to be on your feet all day while being professional and courteous, regardless of others. DIBS is a supply store with many different types of products. We sell janitorial and paper products, hotel/restaurant supplies, pool equipment, chemicals, pumps and motors.
