FAST growing reputable local painting company that believes the best way to grow a business is to grow our people. We're looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our street team in Fort Collins. We're a community focused organization looking for people who enjoy being outdoors connecting with people. Spring is around the corner which means home owners are getting ready to paint. We need a team of fun, caring, outgoing and driven marketers to spread the word about our established reputable company. The Job: Drop flyers, create awareness and have fun. Pay is hourly with an additional bonus structure. Top marketing reps earn up to $500+ per week working 15-30 hours. Full time team members could easily bring in $1000 a week. You will be canvassing neighborhoods in Northern Colorado, simply asking if anyone is wanting to paint this year and offering to sign them up for a free estimate. That's it.. We do NOT use any high pressure/pushy sales tactics, yet we are extremely effective at connecting with customers and building relationships while we offer residential painting services. Covid safe procedures in place and social distancing respected. Spring/Summer hours will look something like Monday-Thursday 3pm-8pm, Saturday 9am-3pm, Sunday 11-4 pm. There are certain times that we strive to be engaged, but we are willing to work with the right person. If you are crushing it, we would love to see you go full-time.
