Job Title: Automotive Digital Operations /Business Development Manager Stevinson Lexus of Frederick is seeking an Automotive Digital Operations /Business Development Manager to join their Sales team. Previous dealership related experience preferred. Compensation: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 annually (Base Salary plus commission) Work Hours: Full Time schedule as defined JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Manage and support digital operations of sales throughout various platform tools, application of technologies and data mining products. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Continuously follow up with customers throughout the buying process to ensure superior customer experience via phone and email. • Oversee all digital and phone lead traffic to ensure prompt response and content quality that meets the standards outlined by sales management. This includes having the ability to call and contact 30-40 potential clients per day minimum. • Needs to understand how dealership technologies and platforms operate, be able to train new staff on technologies and encourage utilization. • Create continuous lead management processes to promote sales and close rates while providing superior customer experience to guests. • Designated as onsite CRM expert with the responsibly and knowledge to perform marketing and administrative tasks. • Manage CRM campaigns and business rules, along with templates to promote customer engagement. • Assists with the oversight, management, and training related to all internet traffic and its relative metrics. Ensures proper follow up response content, response times, template format, closing ratios, etc. • Ensures proper follow-up of all potential buyers by monitoring and holding sales associates accountable to their daily CRM tasks. • Maintains teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery and follow-up process. • Oversees the efforts of salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership; both through manufacturer survey systems and online review sites. • Monitors, measures, and listens to all incoming sales calls and properly dispositions as necessary. • Produce performance reports for continued analysis. • Contacts new owners within 24 hours of delivery to ensure complete satisfaction with sales and delivery process. Addresses any concerns or complaints immediately. • Assists sales department managers with administrative assistance (ie; dealer trade paperwork, pre-owned purchase paperwork, etc). Skills and Requirements • High School diploma or General Education degree (GED); One - three years Automotive related experience and/or training • English language required (bilingual is a plus) • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. • Typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
