We are seeking a candidate to join our production team in the role of Van Conversion Tech. Job Responsibilities and Duties - Prep vans for installation of new components - Fabricate/install wall and door panels - Assemble/install new components - Install plumbing, interior systems - Assemble/install exterior accessories - Maintain a clean, safe working environment Preferred Skills and Experience - Experience in RV/Marine mechanical, electrical and/or plumbing - Experience in general construction - Experience with welding/metal fabrication is highly desirable. Qualifications and Skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Current valid driver’s license - Experience with operating power tools Working Conditions This position operates in a garage environment, where temperatures fluctuate with the seasons. It requires the ability to safely use hand tools and work in tight spaces such as in and under vans and components. Employees work closely in a team setting. Physical Tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., standing for long periods of time, squatting, kneeling and bending to reach components. Position Type & Hours Part-Time, 20-30 hours a week. Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with hour long (non-paid) lunch and paid breaks throughout the day. Overtime offered as needed.
