Coffee on the hills? We are so excited to announce our first day hike at Coyote Hills Regional Park in Fremont! The event is open to all Muslim youth who are between the ages of 16 and 21. We will start at 10 am and go until 12 pm. We will still have our open discussion during the trip. RULES | SUBMIT TOPIC IDEAS (ANONYMOUS) kahveyouth.com Due to COVID-19, we will require everyone present to wear a mask at all times - additionally, we will only allow people who RSVP to join us, so if you want to bring friends, make sure to add them as guests in the RSVP PLEASE NOTE: Indemnity of the Organiser (a) Under no circumstances will the Organiser be obliged to make good or accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever arising in respect of damage to or theft or loss of any property, goods, articles or things however placed, deposited, brought into or left at the Venue either by the Client for their use or purpose or by any other person, and the Client must indemnify the Organiser and its representatives. (b) Under no circumstances will the Organiser be responsible for any financial losses incurred by the attendeet due to their participation or non-participation at the Event. The Client must indemnify the Organiser and its representatives. Security & Insurance (a) Attendee must maintain at their own expense public liability insurance covering legal liability in respect of: (i) Damage to any real or personal property, including any damage to the Venue or to any fitting, equipment or other property. No Warranty The Organiser does not warrant the success of the Event nor whether the Client will benefit from participating in the Event and the Client agrees to hold the Organiser harmless in the event the Event does not meet its expectations.
