Hiring 2 men and a truck for small repair contracts

I am building jobs in Lake Charles, Lafayette, New Orleans and Baton Rouge- Some work needs extra hands, small jobs i'm just asking for others to take care of. I am paying $375 a day for 2 men a truck and tools. Pay is upon collection from homeowners. I have license and Insurance- you do not need it, but if you have workers comp I will pay 5% more per job. I will help with gas for the first week. Larger jobs are available if you prove to be a good addition to my team. Please reply here if you are ready to start now. Thank you
