Compensation: BOE Employment type: Full Time/or Part Time Property Company has two positions for Maintenance Technicians for work on Tybee Island. We have one full time position and one part time position. Serious Candidates Only. *You must have 2 years experience and your own tools. *Have Reliable Transportation *Be able to follow instructions and keep up with Job Orders *Be able to pass drug test *Have valid Social Security Number Position Overview: • Electrical: includes the repair, replacement or installation of power switches outlets, ceiling lights & amp; fans. • Plumbing: includes the repair, replacement or installation of faucets, pipes, toilets, garbage disposals, dishwashers, and washing machines. • Drywall repair: nails holes and minor dings from normal wear and tear. • Painting: includes minor touch-ups • HVAC experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
