Move lumber

I have a small amount of lumber that needs to be moved at my house. I'd do it myself but I'm on crutches. Here's what I need: [1] Move a piece of plywood from my porch and down one flight of stairs [2] Carry 12 pieces of 2 x 10's up the stairs The plywood is thick and is 7.5 x 4.5 feet. One guy could move it but I'd recommend 2. With 2 people, this can get done in 5 minutes.
