Kelly Services, Inc. is in need of multiple Quality Control Inspectors for a temp to perm role in Bridgewater, MA. Both First and Second shift are available. Details for this role are as follows: Description Ensure documentation pertaining to material processing is present at the work site and conduct audits t o ensure compliance with the company procedures and the customer’s specifications and requirements. DUTIES: Maintain compliance in quality regulations and ensure quality products departing to customers. Segregate all defective material. Complete and process Non Conformance Reports (NCR’s) for rejected materials when needed. Regulate all excess flags. Handle all returns from customers and adjust when necessary. Perform all other related duties as assigned or as required by management. Requirements Process basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division of fractions, etc. Able to work well with others. Must be willing to be cross-trained for other areas when needed. Previous experience in a factory environment or with moving machinery is helpful Eyesight must be correctable to 20/20 within 10 feet. Must be able to distinguish colors. Shifts: 1st shift is 5AM-5PM and 2nd shift is 5PM-5AM. Rotating 4 day work weeks.
