Stephen Carr Property Services is a full landscape installation and maintenance company located in York, Maine. We are currently looking to hire a Landscape Crew Leader and Equipment Operator. This position is year-round and full time. Candidates must have a minimum of 2- 3 years’ experience in landscaping and or equipment operating. Qualifications: • The ability to lead and motivate others. • Strong commitment to detail and efficiency. • Work well with others • Have a valid driver's license and transportation to and from work. • Enjoy working outside. • Lift at least 50 Lbs. • Must be prompt, punctual and the ability to self-motivate Position requires the candidate to be able to properly perform the following: • Operate machinery safely and properly including excavators, skid steers and front-end loaders • Install plants and shrubs. • Safely and properly load materials into dump truck. • Keep track of tools and materials. • Plow snow during the winter months.
