Felix A. Marino Co., Inc., a family-owned pavement maintenance company for over 70 years in Peabody, MA, is looking for motivated CDL drivers and laborers. Full-time opening with competitive pay and benefits including a 401(k) plan. Applicants should reside within a 45-minute commute of the Peabody area. Knowledge, skill, abilities: * Work is out of our Peabody, MA Shop and we service the New England Area. Predominantly work is in Eastern MA area with large amount in the north shore. * Ability to work productively: in high traffic areas, around heavy machinery operations, and well with others * General labor to include: Shoveling, sweeping, raking/grading, asphalt work, jack hammering, compacting, etc. * CDL Drivers need to Safely operating CDL truck with trailer experience. Must have Valid Drivers License with DOT medical Card. Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing. We test pre-employment and at random, and we will request you supply us your recent driving history. * Preference will be given to applicants with a valid hoisting license of a 2A minimum. * Candidates should be available for overtime and weekend work periodically *Our work is classified as "Essential Personnel" * Work is combination of private work and Prevailing Wage * Exceptional candidates that have the skills and ability to provide leadership may be trained for supervisory roles and added benefits. Foreman/Foreman-in-Training should have ability to problem solve and communicate daily crew instructions, document work, and clearly communicate with management personnel.
