Vacuum Excavations Unlimited, Inc dba ABC Soils is seeking local CDL Drivers with ability and experience as a Laborer. The CDL Driver/laborer will work in a two man crew at different job locations daily. Carpentry, electrical or plumbing experience is a plus. The CDL Driver will have a Monday through Friday schedule with occasional nights and weekend work, dependent on client needs. Must be at garage between 5:30am & 6am daily, frequently returning between 4pm & 5pm, depending on traffic. Responsibilities: Load and unload tools and equipment Drive to different job locations Work truck provided 8 hours on site plus travel time Keep work area clean Keep truck clean Experience: 2+ years driving and/or construction related trade experience Ability to work with hand held power tools (jackhammer, concrete saws, etc.) Must wear appropriate safety apparel (PPE) and be able lift 80 lbs. Requirements: Valid CDL Class A or Class B Ability to drive a 10-speed manual transmission An up-to-date DOT medical certificate Pass a required drug test Provide copy of driving record OSHA 10 certificate or willing to obtain OSHA 40 certificate or willing to obtain Strong communication skills Benefits: Bi-Weekly Pay- Direct Deposit Available Sick leave and paid vacation + holidays Overtime available over 40 hours Health Insurance Some Prevailing Wages Job Type: Full-time Salary: $25.00 to $30.00 /hour Experience: relevant: 1 year (Required) commercial driving: 2 years (Preferred) Location: Sudbury, MA / Framingham, MA (Required) License: CDL Class A or B (Required) Work Location: Multiple locations Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Emails preferred - if you must call please use the number in the reply to (I'm on the road a lot)
