We are a pool construction firm and are hiring dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team. You will follow directions from supervisors and other skilled tradesmen. To do well in this role you should be physically fit, reliable, and be a hard workers. This is a seasonal position, begins at the end of March and ends in October. Training Available, No Experience Required. Construction Laborer Responsibilities: 1. Help equipment operator, and other skilled labor when necessary. 2. Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards. 3. Load or unload construction materials. 4. Remove, fill, or compact earth. 5. Follow instructions from supervisors. 6. Assist craft workers. 7. Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary. 8. Perform site clean-up. Job Requirements Pool Cleaners 1. Ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions 2. Ability to lift 50LBS 3. Minimum age of 18 4. Ability to work in a team environment 5. Must possess valid work authorization 6. Ability to arrive independently at the local office by 8:30 am daily 7. Must have a valid driver's license. 8. Ability to do physical labor and other physical tasks. 9. Workers must be punctual and reliable. Job Schedule End of March through October Monday - Saturday, crews begin each day at 8:30 am, end time can vary between 5-7 pm.
