Landscape Maintenance 3. Landscape Installation/Enhancements 4. Hardscape Installation Some of the Desired Qualifications: CREW MEMBER ($15-$18) - Experience a plus! - Must be a hard worker - Valid MA License (preferred), if no license then very productive in laboring - Can drive a commercial truck w/landscape trailer (ex. F-450, F-550, F-650 etc.) - Experience w/gen. landscape duties (Spring & Fall Cleanups, mulching, pruning, etc.) - for Maintenance Division: Exp. w/gen. Maint. duties, Lawn cutting, trimming, weeding CREW LEADER ($19-$22) - MUST have VALID Ma, license - Must Have Experience - Able to perform all duties of crewmember above plus the following > Lawn Installation (raking loam to grade), Planting, Pruning (sheers & hand) etc. > Some Hardscape Experience preferred, (Cobblestone, granite steppers, etc.) - Daily paperwork to fill out job sheets (minimal) - Leads crew members to complete job for own division, w/quality and time in mind FOREMAN POSITION ($23-$28) - Must be fully experienced in landscape installations - Able to perform all duties of crew leader above plus the following - Runs job top to bottom (can read a plan & implement) good w/Time Management - Hydraulics License, Machine Experience (bobcat/backhoe > rip outs, grading, job prep) - Hardscape Experience (granite stairs, paver walkways, etc.) * Note - 7am start time, Billerica - Full-time employment - Drug & Alcohol-Free environment, random drug/alcohol test if deemed necessary - DOT card necessary for drivers, (can be obtained after initial consultation) - Prefer long-term employment - Team player, works well with others - Will train motivated, competent person(s) www.yardworksltd.com
