Big+Black+Brunch & Belaire rosΓ¨ has teamed up to bring you the #BlackBottlesOnly brunch featuring Chef Audrey at Trademark: 1123 Folsom St. π€ Big + Black + Brunch is a monthly gathering co-hosted with the San Francisco African American Chamber to βBuild community & the Black economic power base one brunch at a time!β π€π Each week during Womenβs History Month our brunches will highlight Black Women in Food. This upcoming Sunday, March 21st we are honored to team up with Trademark Sports Bar, Luc Belaire of France and DJ William Stokes to bring you our #BlackBottlesOnly Brunch edition to celebrate the contributions of Black women Chefs in SF. π©πΏβπ³ This week we are featuring Chef Audrey McRae. Chef Audrey started cooking at the tender age of 4 with her mom in North Carolina and started professionally cooking at 15 years old under the tutelage of Gerhard Wurth at the 4-star Omni Hotel in uptown Charlotte. After 8 years of being a line cook, her mentor took notice of her natural talents and wrote her stellar letters of recommendations to help her get into Culinary School so she could become a full fledged Chef. Chef Audrey has curated this weeks brunch as an Ode to her North Carolina & Southern roots. Check her menu out below: MENU: 1. Lump crab cakes with sweet corn and jalapeno pepper sauce, home fries. 2. Bourbon street crayfish beignets with Trio of dipping sauces 3. State fair banana bread french toast with grand mariner creme and stone fruit. 4. Vegan pulled pork sandwich with Carolina coleslaw 5. Baked frittata with Chicken, spinach califlower puree, home fries 6. Grandma's buttermilk biscuits and gravy with brown sugar bacon IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS π Table Reservations are for Bottle Service ONLY! (RECOMMENDED) π Bottle Service reservations include one bottle of Belaire Champagne, a gift bag with branded gift items and a special treat. FOOD IS NOT INCLUDED in the pricing and you must buy a ticket for each brunch item separately. π General a ticket holders will be seated upon arrival on a first-come first-served basis. Due to limited seating we have reserved a 90-minute dining window to ensure all of our guests get an opportunity to sit and enjoy the delicious food prepared by our guest Chef and the cocktails. π TICKET SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE π MASKS ARE MANDATORY!
