My dog ran away on Upper East Side 96th street, on the FDR River Bike path headed north! Wearing a gray tight winter sleeve and blue collar with information on it. Dog is very fast don’t try to catch it but call me or dog pound right away! There is a REWARD for finding the dog! See picture below! Thank you!
