Children's artist wanted

I am looking for an artist to draw pictures for a children's book. I am giving a special childrens book as a gift and need some help. I have all the text and even description of the pictures but I am not an artist. Pay is $10 per page and I would imagine there would be between 10-30 pages when it is all said and done. Not sure about the technical stuff but would like you to upload them to some application/PDF so I could send them to a website to be printed. Thanks!
