SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA — Northbound Antonio Parkway drivers were advised to watch out for pipe that was scattered across lanes Tuesday morning, according to California Highway Patrol. Drivers were alerted that the traffic hazard was blocking the roadway as of 10:30 a.m. Alternate routes were suggested until the roadway was cleared, according to officials.
