CHATHAM, NJ — The Chatham-Madison Town-Wide Yard Sale returns from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 17. Those hosting sales are encouraged to pay a $10, tax-deductible registration fee to the Great Swamp Watershed Association. Registration will put your home on a digital, printable map. Find the registration form here. Residents can also host sales without registering. But Great Swamp says getting on the map has helped people attract shoppers the last three years. You must be a resident of Chatham Township, Chatham Borough or Madison to list your sale. Shoppers and hosts must wear masks because of the coronavirus. Tables should be set up to facilitate social distancing. Hosts should make hand sanitizer available and encourage contactless payments. The Great Swamp Watershed Association dedicates itself to preserving and protecting water in natural areas.
