Fix my bifold closet doors, etc

Are you HANDY AND HAVE EXPERIENCE INSTALLING/REPAIRING THESE THINGS? DINING ROOM, Bedroom AND bathroom water heater closet all off the tracks. I hate these things. Probably needs new pieces and material from Home Depot. Also need a flooring trim strip hammered in for the bathroom to hallway floor threshhold. I have other off jobs at this place too for additional money but these are my main concerns. Its at a condo in Nashua. Will pay good for your time upon completion. Looking for handyman to cure this week or next.
