The metaStone Healing Group is thrilled to introduce a healing retreat to the local area! Spend the day de-stressing, connecting with nature, creating and learning. We will explore ancient ways to diminish physical pain, insomnia, stress and anxiety. Discover your own inner strengths and nurture healthful feelings and life changing techniques! Healing modalities that will be introduced during this retreat are grounding, heart-brain coherence, meditation, visualization, specialized breathwork, reiki and yoga. Healthy smoothies and important nutritional information will be shared during the lunch time. Discounts offered for early registration ($95 if paid in full by April 3, 2021) OR early registration + bring a friend (an even BIGGER discount if you and a friend reserve and pay in full by April 3, 2021 - tickets are purchased together for the special price of $180 that means it's only $90/person!)
