Interested in creating original music

I'm dying to get back to playing music, mid-40s guitarist/arranger/composer here, I've been playing for 30 years or so. Looking for musicians interested in creating something new, don't really have much interest in playing or hearing another band doing "Don't Stop Believing". I'm interested in jazz, rock, alt, world music, just looking for serious musicians who would be interested in doing something interesting. Not looking to make a lot of money, just more the satisfaction of creating good music that hasn't been heard before. Not set on any type of genre depends on the vibe of the players, could be instrumental music or vocal music, popish or heavier. Preferably, you can read music so when we get some tunes together we can write them down so we don't spend rehearsals "remembering" how the song goes. If this sounds interesting to me drop a line, we can see what happens.
