We are looking for a marketing and assistant Rockstar to support and grow one of the top real estate teams in Sonoma County. As the cornerstone of our marketing efforts, you will be on the frontlines of the Petaluma and Sonoma County real estate industry, shaping and developing creative efforts to share our success and brand. Serving the Petaluma community is our #1 goal and it will be your job to tell our story and make real estate dreams come true for our clients. We are looking for someone to ensure our website, social media, collateral, and public communications reflect our quality and brand.
The Role:
· Create marketing material for new home listings
· Grow and manage social media presence
· Develop creative physical and digital collateral for brand development
· Manage website content
· Email marketing clients and prospects
· Present our listings in the best possible way with the widest reach
· Support with office tasks
Qualifications:
· Excellent communication skills via email, phone, and in-person with coworkers and clients alike
· Social media experience
· Experience writing short-form content (blogs, property descriptions, etc)
· Experience with email marketing platforms
· Experience with CRM software
· Light graphic design experience with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
· Experience with real estate industry a bonus
Salary commiserate with experience
Full time position and can start immediately
