The positions we are looking for are Service Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, Installers and helpers. We are taking applicants with or without a license. We offer plenty of training options to help you get your EPA and Nate certifications. We also train our install helpers to become leads and maintenance techs to become service techs. Qualifications: Experience working in an HVAC company or on HVAC systems must be able to pass a drug and background screening Competencies Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to lift over 50 LBS Ability to work on your feet and get into sometimes tight spaces such as crawl space or attic Benefits Competitive wages Benefits after 90 days (health, dental, vision, etc.).
