Sunset Properties is a vacation rental company located on the islands of Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach with over 300 homes under management. We have openings for seasonal full-time and part-time Handyman (male or female) to conduct light-duty and general maintenance on rental homes. Duties will include, but not be limited to, delivering small items to homes, replacing window blinds, adjusting doors and knobs, replacing light bulbs/batteries/etc, plunging toilets, adjusting TV smart remotes, repairing screen doors and panels, etc. Applicant must: be able to work independently, provide transportation and basic work tools, possess a friendly and polite attitude, be punctual and dependable, have a clean driving and criminal record and bring a positive and team oriented mindset. All homes are elevated on pilings so applicant must be able to climb stairs throughout the work day. Summer season work schedule, 3-5 days per week based upon your preference. Weekly schedule will be fixed. Saturday required and every Sunday off. Position begins in April and ends early/mid-September.
