Roof Soffit Repair

Vinyl Soffit, approximately 15' long needs replacing. A wind ripped the short width pieces (12" W x 12 L) from the soffit overhang. The overhang is approximately 45 feet from the flat surface below. A roofer or siding contractor is likely the best candidate to replace them. I have them ready to replace. What is needed is a ladder to reach the 45 foot side, so that ladder needs to be greater than 45 feet. A fence running parallel to the soffit on the ground is about 15 feet from the building.
